CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Equipment and Props Circuit :
Incorporates The Reformer, Wall Unit, Thera-bands, Magic Circle, foam rollers, and other equipment to facilitate pilates principles for increasing strength, core control, and flexibility.
Beginner Mat :
Traditional and evolved mat work that incorporates all the Pilates principles for general wellness and ease of transfer into daily activity.
Pilates for Pregnancy : (Prenatal and Postpartum)
Specialized for participation throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. Teaches students proper posture and body mechanics to prevent back pain and other muscular problems associated with pregnancy and recovery. Safely emphasizes total body strength, balance, and breathing control with focus on conditioning pelvic floor musculature.
